Return Merchandise Authorization for products servicing

TECNO BI uses a R.M.A. (Return Merchandize Authorization) for the management of the repair of its products. If you are a direct TECNO BI customer and you need to send us a product for repair, access the SERVICE TECNO BI website, register and submit your RMA request. Once you have received the sending authorization, you will be able to send the defective material and follow all the processing steps of your file directly online, from receipt to estimate up to the notice of completion of the repair process. If you are not a direct TECNO BI customer, we kindly ask you to contact the TECNO BI retailer where the product was purchased.
